Dietitian Manages nutritional care of
patients and residents through use of assessment and diagnostics
tools. Utilizes food service systems to maintain quality patient
and therapeutic services. Plans, directs and coordinates
activities of the food service department, including supervision of
purchasing, production and distribution of food. Responsible for
all aspects of food service. |

| Physical Therapy
Assistant
Instructs, motivates and assist patients to
learn and improve functional activities such as functional mobility and
daily living activities. Administers physical therapy treatments
to patients, working under the direction of and as assistant to the
Physical Therapist, by administering active and passive manual
therapeutic exercises, therapeutics massages and heat, light, sound,
water and electrical modality treatments such as ultrasound, electrical
stimulations, ultraviolet, infrared and hot and cold packs. |

| Nurse Aide
Care for patients in the following areas: basic
hygiene techniques, bed making, personal care of residents, food
service, charting, safety measures, basic preventative and restorative
care and procedures, basic observation procedures (e.g.,weighing and
measuring), communication skills, methods of handling and caring for
patients, etc.

| Certified Nurse Aide
Care for residents in the following
areas: basic hygiene techniques, bed making, personal care of
residents, food service, charting, safety measures, basic preventative
and restorative care and procedures, basic observation procedures (e.g.,
weighing and measuring), communication skills, methods of handling and
care for the residents, etc. Must be Certified in the State of Kansas. |

| License Practical
Nurse
Administer prescribed medications and
treatments to residents and maintains related medical records under
supervision of Shift Supervisor Nurse by given direct patient care such
as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, and assisting in
examinations and treatments; takes vital signs or observes ingestions or
other application, or administers medication; reports any significant
changes in resident status to nurse supervisor. |

| Registered Nurse
The RN is a clinical practitioner who
coordinates and implements patient care on the assigned unit.
Ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe
manner. Demonstrates performance consistent with the mission,
philosophy and goals of the Unit and Organization; remains flexible to
changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness
in work habit and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians and
families with consideration and respect. |
